1. I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

  • Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

  • Request a cancellation within: 4 hours of purchase

2. The following items can't be returned or exchanged

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items on sale

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items that were damaged by buyer

3. Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

6. Wholesale availability

We will be happy to consider all types of cooperation and produce branded gifts, badges and logos. We will help you develop a design according to your and our sketches. We will be happy to discuss the price of this work with you individually. Orders can be made of gold, silver and other alloys.

7. Custom and personalized orders

The lead time is 2-4 weeks. If you have chosen a rare stone (color, size, shape), the work may take longer.

8. Storage

  • Boxes with soft upholstery and individual cells.

  • Individual bags made of soft fabric (gold is soft metal. Jewelry can scratch each other).

  • Do not store jewelry in boxes that absorab moisture. From moisture, metal can change color. for example to darken.

9. Care instructions

If you want your jewelry to always look royal, I recommend that you follow the rules for caring for them. No one pays attention to this, but it is very important to take off the gold jewelry BEFORE:

  • Bedtime (during sleep you can ruin it)

  • Bathing (bath, pool, pond. Water can contain chemicals that will change the color of the metal.)

  • Visiting a bathhouse or sauna (especially if you have jewelry with precious stones.)

  • Cleaning, gardening.

  • Sports.

  • Massage and a visit to a cosmetologist.

9.1 𝐂𝐖 Cleaning "Warranty"

As an additional service, we provide cleaning, polishing and rhodium coating for free during the first year.

10. Gift wrapping and packaging

All jewelry are sent in gift wrapping. But if you want something special - contact us and we will discuss it.

11. Warranty

  • Broken or poorly functioning fasteners on chains and bracelets - 1 year.

  • Stones weakly fixed in the frame (the stone staggers upon receipt). In this case, within 3 days you must tell us about the problem and send us the product in its original packaging with documents within 5 days, while the tag must not be broken.
    In this case, the transfer is paid by the store.

    The warranty does not apply if you lose the jewelry.

12. Delivery

We use the services of carriers "DHL" or "D2d value". Delivery time depends on your place of residence. Before sending, we will contact you.
